Prior to his current position, Morgan worked as a law clerk for several small law firms in the Phoenix area. In the past, Morgan has also been a licensed Realtor at Century 21 Arizona-Foothills and a small business owner of an importing and sales company.

PERSONAL:
Morgan is married with three children. When not with his family, Morgan spends time serving his church in various capacities, playing sports, volunteering at his kids’ elementary school, and keeping up with politics and current events.

While in law school, Travis was a member of the Honor Code Hearing Board, Jessup international moot court team, and Order of the Barristers; he also practiced as a student attorney with the Civil Justice Clinic, assisting indigent clients in administrative proceedings.
Upon graduation, Travis practiced civil litigation for several years, focusing on construction defect and insurance defense. He now exclusively practices Estate Planning and Probate law at Legal AZ.
Travis cares deeply about understanding his clients’ needs and resolving conflicts. He has seen first-hand the consequences of inadequate and insufficient planning and is dedicated to helping individuals and families effectively plan for the future.
Travis is a member of the City of Tempe Police Citizens Review Board and former member of the Tempe Parks, Recreation and Golf Advisory Board, he dedicates time to local youth groups, including the Boy Scouts of America, and volunteers with Wills for Heroes.
